Shipping & Delivery
Orders within Kuwait are delivered within 4 hours of order confirmation (except in unforeseen circumstances). Delivery within Kuwait is available from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be scheduled for the next day. Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the area during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct to avoid any delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and fully packaged. The customer is responsible for delivery fees for returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to a store error. No returns or exchanges are accepted after the 14-day period.
